As a member of VEYM that has long served in Phong Trao, I need to keep track of all of my past user roles that have been apart of other doans and LDs.

Use case: Adding historical roles of a user.

For example: Tr. Dao was DT in 2010 for doan sao bien.

We need a way for Tr. Dao to claim this user role, have it verified, and historically tracked.

Currently, saving a user role in the DB + through the front end we only take a snapshot of the current user's Doan and LD to tie the user role to.

This does not work for older user roles if they are at another doan.
